Requirements:
University in Computer Science, Telecommunications or closely related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
• Certified ITIL practitioner (Service Transition)
• Knowledge of policy and procedures governing operations and support of NATO CIS


ACTIVITIES

Supports IT Change Management activities in accordance with Agency processes and procedures in order to delivery and support
IT services for designated Agency customers;
• Reviews and validates inbound change requests, categorises changes according to approved criteria, authorises or escalates changes as prescribed
• Liaises with change initiators; coordinates with other CSU elements to assess effort and resources
• Prepares and presents changes to the local Change Advisory Board (CAB); supports the work of the CAB technically and
administratively.
• Reviews pending changes for exception management, engages change stakeholders for re-allocation of priority and other corrective measures, performs post-implementation reviews and change closure
• Tracks and reports IT Change Management KPIs
• Prepares standard change processing templates, processes and instructions
• Perform other duties within the NCI Agency's area of business as may be required
